Why do we use the
T-Lab System?
At Fresh Faced, we use the award-winning T-LAB PRF system — recently recognised as the Best Platelet Retrieval Device at the 2024 IMCAS Innovation Awards - to deliver the high quality regenerative treatments.
What sets T-LAB apart from other PRP systems is its horizontal centrifuge system, which gently separates blood components without applying the excessive g-forces seen in fixed-angle centrifuges.
This design preserves a higher concentration of platelets, leukocytes, and mesenchymal stem cell-derived growth factors in the fibrin matrix - resulting in a higher platelet count and longer-acting effects.

How are PRP + PRF made ?
PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is created using a small sample of your own blood, which is processed in our T-LAB horizontal centrifuge. This innovative system gently separates the blood layers to concentrate platelets, white blood cells, and fibrin - the components responsible for healing, collagen stimulation, and tissue regeneration.
Once prepared, your PRF is carefully injected or applied topically depending on your treatment goals. It can be:
